Orders ship F.O.B. Factory unless otherwise specified.
For shipments to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and foreign countries, contact us for information and quotes.
Charges will be prepaid and added to invoice total unless otherwise specified.
Orders ship via UPS/Spee-Dee or common carrier ground service, unless otherwise specified. Air shipments may be arranged if specified by customer. If no carrier is specified, Culinary Professional/Stratis Industries will use its own discretion.
If additional services (ex. lift gate, inside delivery, etc.) are required on pallet or skid shipments, additional charges will apply. Upon request for a freight quote, please notify us of any additional services needed for delivery.
Culinary Professional/Stratis Industries strives to have the most competitive lead times. With this in mind, each product’s lead time will vary depending on product type. Please consult individual product listings for additional lead time information or contact us directly. Lead times may vary on custom orders or large quantity orders. You will be notified of any delays in shipping.
For shipments within the contiguous US, buyer acknowledges that once Culinary Professional/Stratis Industries delivers goods to the carrier, title to the goods and risk of loss will pass to buyer, and customer is responsible for seeking appropriate recourse against the carrier, which shall be customer’s sole recourse for goods damaged in transit.
